 We got to have fun with the kids this week! Missed them so much! 

 Yesterday and today, we traveled closer to be with our munchkins! Wichita Falls to Fort Worth! The weather has been so weird. Rained all day with storms coming in tonight! 

 Travel day back to Texas! We are doing a 1 nighter in Amarillo! Thank you Texas for not being 100 degrees! A beautiful night at 69 degrees! Hated leaving Colorado and that snow🥲!

 HaHa! So the snow we got was freaking beautiful! Never would I have guessed we’d get about 14 inches😱 This will be one of those memories we won’t forget! Didn’t get to hike, but will definitely come back to this state park! Oh, Bill did get off the roof safely.

Out and about yesterday, down to South Fork and to Big Meadow Reservoir for a hike! Sooo windy🤧 it was a short walk! Today, back on the road to Lathrip State Park. It’s suppose to snow tonight🥶! Hopefully we will be far enough south😜! I love this cold weather🥰

 I was thinking today, as we hiked to North Clear Creek waterfall and down to the head waters of the Rio Grande River, just how little we are actually seeing of this beautiful country! These places are not on everyone’s bucket list? But they should be! And to think of all the things we are missing🥲! Great lunch too! A storm blew into Creede this afternoon, and what ever was in the air, I sneezed 100 times! Once again, the weather is wonderful! Not Hot! It will be very hard to come back to the heat in TX🥵 

 We left Mesa Verde yesterday, and on our way to Creede,CO, we stopped outside of Durango at a very old friend from Austin! Kate, Maggie’s mom are friends of Jessica’s. She was so gracious! Thank you Kate! Our campsite in Creede is on the Rio Grande and we did a hike on Deer Creek trail!  The weather is wonderful, not missing the Texas heat at all! We had to haul the beast up over Wolf’s Pass, you can see mph we’re going up and down😩! Still snow in those mountains🤗 Fishing in the pond😁👏🏻👏🏻

 We’ve been without cell service and internet for 3 days😩👏🏻👏🏻! So, Friday was a travel day from Moab, UT to Mesa Verde National Park in Colorado. We had been there many, many years ago, we did a beautiful hike at Spruce tree and enjoyed the camp site in the park!

 Ok, so we have been so blessed to be able to see all these absolutely amazing national parks, today “The Arches” did not disappoint either! Bill and I had a great time naming all of the rock formations!! Of course I cannot share those names here, that will be for a time when we see you in person😂😜. Enjoy the pics!
